Until recently, Silicon Valley<\/strong> was considered the tech capital<\/strong> of the world. However, times are changing<\/strong>, and new startup kingdoms are rising<\/strong>, especially outside<\/strong> of the United States<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n
